St. Aidan's Church; Sunday, May 18th; 4-8pm

WEATHER UPDATE - The event is rain or shine.  

If the weather cooperates, our event will be on the lawn in front of the church. Families should bring camp chairs and blankets.  We will also need pop-up canopies and folding tables for the buffet.

 If it is raining (or too wet to use the lawn) we will meet inside the church in their parish hall.  (Indoor activities will be substituted for Games2U, which will be postponed to a summertime event.)

 

Pack 459 Families -

Our last Pack meeting of the year is the best one -- a celebration of another year of school, and another GREAT year of scouting!  Plus, we have the official Tiger Cub Award Ceremony.

We are meeting at St. Aidan's Church - 13560 Cogburn Rd, Alpharetta (just east of King's Ridge, behind Alpharetta North Park).  Why?  Because they have a great big field that we can use, and AFUMC doesn't!

Scouts and Leaders, the attire is CLASS A uniforms.

The agenda is:

• 3:45pm - Families Arrive
• 4:00pm - Pack Meeting (Tiger Cub Ceremony, Den Awards, Announcements)
• 5:00pm - PICNIC featured fried & grilled chicken, and all the side dishes provided by the Dens  (See the email from Jim Adams with your Den Assignments)
• 6:00pm - Fun and Games for everyone.  Games2U will be bringing outdoor laser tag, giant sling shots and Hamster balls.
• 8:00pm - Time to clean up and go home.  After all, you still have 1 week of school left!
